Akintola Williams Deloitte has an opening for suitably qualified professional to fill the position of Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities would be to carry out recruitment for the company, conduct training and develop talents of personnel as well as monitoring staff performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any of the social science related disciplines
- Recognized Human Resources professional qualification
- A master’s degree, preferably in HR
- At least 3 years of progressive human resource experience in a recognized consulting firm
- 6-10 years of progressive HR & administration work experience at a senior managerial level
