Job Description:

THE ROLE: Manager Consulting and Research
To provide strategic direction and leadership to the consultancy and
research business unit.

COMPETENCIES:
Excellent skills in project management, interpersonal relations, and
communication
Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects
Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills
Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills
Ability to carry out quality training, research and consultancy in
improving business performance

THE PERSON:
At least 7 years proven research and consultancy experience from a
reputable organization with a minimum of 3 years managing a team.
Degree -qualified in Human Resources Management or a related
discipline.
Possession of PhD, CIPM, CIPD and SHRM will be an advantage
