<li>At least 5-7 years work experience including project management at a senior level</li>

Duties and Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Maintaining an electronic and print resource centre for educators and health professionals</li>
<li>Assisting off-site facility users to access relevant materials available within and beyond the resource centre&#8217;s collection</li>
<li>Designing mechanisms to determine the impact of services on target audiences</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualification and Experience:</p>
<ul>
<li> Degree in Library Science, Archival Studies, Information Management or Communications</li>
<li>3-5 years work experience including three years in electronic database development</li>
<li>Strong report writing and ICT skills, proficiency in electronic database packages and internet search engines.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Programme Officer (Health Services)</strong><br />
Duties and Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li> Medical consultation, counselling and referrals for adolescent clients</li>
<li>Coordinating the operations of the adolescent clinic and educational activities</li>
<li>Collating and analysing all adolescent clinic statistics and preparing project plans /reports</li>
<li>Facilitating training workshops on adolescent health development issues</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualification and Experience</p>
<ul>
<li> Degree in Medicine (MB.BS), Nursing, Public Health or other related disciplines</li>
<li>3-5 years work experience in the sexual and reproductive health field</li>
<li>Youuth-friendly and tactful personality with excellent ICT, report writing and oral communication skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Programme Officer (Administration)</strong><br />
Duties and Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li> Coordinating administrative support services including facility janitorial services, purchase and maintenance of equipment, supplies and assets</li>
<li>Coordinating the organisation&#8217;s internal and external communication processes</li>
<li>Maintaining records of correspondences, project proposals and reporting guidelines, to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports and contacts with stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualification and Experience:</p>
<ul>
<li> Degree in Management / Business Administration, Social Sciences, etc</li>
<li>Experience in office and logistics management and ability to pay attention to detail while working with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Strong ICT skills and, proficiency in Microsoft Office, written and spoken English</li>
<li>Good interpersonal communication skills</li>
</ul>
